UB alumnus finish Command and General Staff Course

Two alumnus of the University of Bohol successfully finished the Command and General Staff Course at the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Command & General Staff College, Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City.
LTC Lino Nabayra Garsuta, GSC (RES) PA instructor of the University of Bohol and assistant commandant of the UB Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) Unit, hurdled the 9 months training course and passed the battery of test before the AFP panel on his commandant’s paper (Thesis), Readiness of the 1st Bohol Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion.

UB to celebrate 71 st Charter Day on December 11

Taking pride of its fruitful and dedicated years in academic service, the University of Bohol will celebrate its 47th Charter Day and Christmas fellowship on December 11, 2017.
The Charter Day celebration will kick off with a motorcade around Tagbilaran’s main thorough fares to be followed by an opening program and formal launching of Family Welfare Program at the university quadrangle. At 9:00-5:00 pm ,the students will showcase the ASEAN-themed Knowledge and Skills Festival. A Research Festival among teachers and employees will simultaneously take on center stage at the Victoriano D. Tirol-Advanced Learning Center mini-theatre from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
