UB Grad Bags 5th Place in Midwifery Exams

Jessa G. Vertulfo, a graduate of the University of Bohol College of Midwifery, had recently landed 5th place in the Midwifery Board Examination last April 7-8, 2022, with an average grade of 88.75%.

Mrs. Maria Lourdes B. Lanada, college dean, bared the other names of successful passers as Laiza Catherine Ayuban, Sarah Calulo, Jemma Marie Datahan, Kim Jay Yvonne, Jovie Guigue, and Hanna Mae Pasa. UB posted a 100 percent passing average of its first takers and an overall performance of 53.85 percent.

It may be recalled that the UB College of Midwifery had previously produced two board top-notchers to wit, Cheryl Tambis – November 2012 and Milkillee Bangalao – November 2017.

In the Province of Bohol, UB is the only institution offering a Bachelor of Science in Midwifery (BSM). With the approval from CHED, the College is presently on limited Face-to-Face classes.
