Solon graces UBSSG's USpeak for December

As part of its continuing advocacy, the University of Bohol Supreme Student Government (UBSSG) held another USpeak activity at the UB Founder's Lounge last December 2019.

Ms. Unilyn Solon, a registered psychologist and a faculty member of the UB College of Arts and Sciences was the resource person. She discussed the relationship of the students with their families and stressed the importance of family interaction and the openness of one's vital life occurrences. Also, she demonstrated how to control anger effectively through proper breathing exercises and also took questions from the inquisitive audience.

The said activity helped the students realize the importance of family interconnectedness and that an individual's problem usually cannot be solved without the help of the people who genuinely love and care for them. UBSSG officials led by President Samantha Lorraine Salaysay were pleased with the success of the activity and have made it known that they are amenable to suggestions for further improvement of the next editions.
