UB-JHS studes wrap up Robotics session

The Grade 9 and 10 students of the University of Bohol – Junior High School (UB-JHS) recently took part in a 4-day robotics session to learn about robot-making. This session is part of the Skills Enhancement Program (SEP) and was the first time that the JHS conducted a robotics session.

The first two days saw the students introduced to robotics with the expertise of the speakers from Cagayan de Oro, Mr. Ezekiel Garbosa and Mr. Edgar Rebusto Jr. Meanwhile, the remaining days involved the application of the knowledge that the students learned in how to program, form and control robots.

The SEP was made possible through the efforts of the JHS Computer and Science teachers, and Mrs. Grace G. Filomeno, the JHS Principal.
