The event ended with the closing remarks from the Dr. Gerry J. Cano, President of the PCAP. He gave a motivational and inspiring message to the future law enforcers, academician and public servants of the next generation. As a point to ponder, Dr. Cano reminded the graduates that having high passing rates for Board Exam should not be a basis of how excellent a school is. He is more impressed with the schools and universities who offer quality education learning to produce the best Criminology students.
