UB celebrates Teachers’ Day

The University of Bohol (UB) joined the entire academic community in celebrating World Teachers Day last October 5, 2019.

All three campuses of UB and year levels joined the celebration recognizing the hard work and effort of the teachers in educating students across all ages.

At the main campus, the stage was embossed with Happy Teachers Day greetings! Students were seen crisscrossing the quadrangle and swarming to the various rooms giving flowers, cakes, chocolates, tokens, even hugs and kisses to their mentors as their way of expressing gratitude. The day was filled with merriment and fond memories.

The university always gives importance to the celebration of Teachers Day in due recognition to all the teaching personnel. Aside from these festivities, UB has also institutionalized the annual Awarding and Recognition Ceremony to all its employees, including the teachers for their academic achievements and service.
