UB Holds Leaders Congress

The University of Bohol (UB) recently held a Leaders Congress last August 31, 2019, at the UB – Information Resource Center.

The whole-day event spearheaded by the Student Affairs Office and the Supreme Student Government (SSG) gathered student leaders from the different departments and the officers from various campus school organizations. It aimed to open their eyes and mind to think of what it means to be a leader in UB.

The event started with a talk from Unilyn Solon of the College of Arts and Sciences about self-awareness. James Emmanuel Tabigue, UB’s Scholarship and Employment Facilitation Officer, then discussed organizational activities.

The rest of the event consisted of team building activities led by the SSG officers, which forged a closer bond among the participating student leaders.
