UB named as one of RP’s top PT schools

The University of Bohol - College of Physical and Occupational Therapy (UB - PT/OT) has been recognized as one of the top performing Physical Therapy schools in the Philippines for 2018.

In an official result released by the Professional Regulation Commission, UB ranked 14th among the 19 colleges and universities with 20 and more examinees who obtained a weighted passing rate of 65 percent. Considering that there are only 87 schools offering physical therapy in the country, such a feat is indeed impressive.

Aside from its excellent performance in the board exams, the college also operates the University of Bohol PT/OT Medical Rehabilitation Center. The center is manned by holistic rehabilitative medical professionals and offers the following services to the public: Developmental Stimulation, Training in Childhood and Adulthood Occupations, Lymphatic Drainage / Lymphedema Treatment, Orthosis Fabrication, Sports Rehabilitation, Manual Therapy and Modalities, Pre and Post-operative Care, Lumbar Traction and Gait Analysis.
