The UNIVERSITY OF BOHOL LEADERSHIP ENHANCEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT SEMINAR is an annual leadership training program for student leaders of University of Bohol. It provides constructive trainings, capacity building workshops, and provides opportunities for students to develop their leadership skills anchored on the trinity of virtues – Scholarship, Character, and Service.

The two-and-a-half-day seminar was composed of plenary and breakout sessions. Inputs were delivered by invited speakers and professionals who has the experiential knowledge in student leadership and has the qualified background on the certain topics given. Dynamic workshops and activities followed after every session to make sure what they have learned in theory will be applied in reality. Aside from the selected topics being discussed, team building activities are embedded all throughout the duration of the training making sure maximum interaction and solidarity among the participants will be achieved. The training was done in both indoor (VDT Audio-Visual Hall and Function Room) and outdoor (VBT Oval and VDT Grounds) venues.

The participants were also given a chance to participate in group discussions and sharing sessions during day and night time activities. The UB LEADS 2019 happened last April 3-5, 2019 and was able to gather more or less one hundred fifty strong and passionate student leaders of University of Bohol. These student leaders are expected to steer the upcoming activities for S.Y. 2019-2020.
