RE: CANCELLATION OF COMMENCEMENT EXERCISES AND OTHER RELATED ACTIVITIES

To All School Officials, Faculty, Employees, Graduating Students, Parents, and Guardians:


Gov. Arthur C. Yap has ordered a suspension of classes, examinations, and activities in ALL LEVELS, in both Public and Private schools, in the Province of Bohol from March 16 to April 12, 2020.

In line with this, the University of Bohol announces the cancellation of Commencement Exercises and other related activities from pre-school to post-graduate levels.

For college graduating students, they may claim their diplomas, transcript of records, certificates and medals for honor graduates and awardees from the Registrar’s Office. For Basic Education, from the Principal’s Office. Schedule will be posted.

This year’s graduates may participate in the next graduation ceremonies. For College, they may join the October 2020 and March 2021 graduation ceremonies. For Basic Education, they may join the March 2021 graduation ceremony.
