A Virtual Ceremony

GUIDELINES IN ATTENDING THE VIRTUAL ACTIVITIES

REGISTRATION

  1. All graduating students must register ahead of the scheduled graduation day for a more facilitated online attendance. A link shall be provided by the committee. There shall only be 1 valid registration per graduating student.
  2. It is also required that all graduating students shall join in an FB Group for the said significant occasion.This is aimed at achieving exclusivity and a secure online conduct of the event for the entire UB family.

VIRTUAL CERMONY

  1. All graduating students shall wear a decent and formal attire while in attendance of the said ceremony. This is to ensure that all documentations taken from the comfort of the homes are formal and very presentable once shared on social media.
  2. While we allow you to interactively participate in writing comments through the chatbox, we discourage disrespectful language and all forms of online bashing, including before, during and after the ceremony.
  3. To ensure a solemn, formal, and meaningful ceremony, we request all attendees to keep their microphones off or muted
  4. The organizers hope for your whole-hearted cooperation to make this virtual ceremony a successful one. All attendees – graduates, parents, guardians, significant others of the graduates, and the general viewing public, are requested to be with us for the entire duration of the virtual ceremony.
