CHED RD speaks at UB Commencement Exercises

Regional Director Maximo C. Aljibe of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Region VII, was the guest of honor during the 156th Commencement Exercises of the University of Bohol (UB) last March 20, 2019, at the university quadrangle.

Speaking before the 674 graduates, the new CHED Regional Director encouraged the graduates to be analytical and critical thinkers; to adapt to the onslaught of complex changes, and to think beyond the superficial and the obvious. He reminded the new graduates of the complex world that they are heading into.

Dir. Aljibe also expressed confidence that with the quality of UB’s education, its graduates will be ready to adapt to the changing environment and have the upper hand in the game of survival.

Dir. Aljibe was introduced by Lorenzo C. Torero, Manga Cum Laude, BSA. He was warmly welcomed by UB President Dr. Victoriano B. Tirol III and the members of the Board of Trustees led by Chairman Atty. Ulysses B. Tirol.
