CCJ TOP PERFORMING SCHOOL

The University of Bohol - College of Criminal Justice (UB-CCJ) headed by its dean Dr. Shirley Ochea-Molina recently received an award given by the Professional Criminologist Association of the Philippines (PCAP) in partnership with the Council of Deans of Criminology and Criminal Justice - Region VII.

A Plaque of Recognition was given to UB for garnering TOP 1 for the Top Performing Schools in Region 7, Category B, with 51 to 99 examinees for first takers with a passing percentage of 64.29% in the December 2018 Criminologist Licensure Examination given by the Professional Regulation Commission through the Board of Criminology. The plaque was handed last February 17, 2019 at the IEC Convention Center during the Oath Taking Ceremony of the Newly Licensed Criminologists.

Present during the awarding was the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) VII Director Maximo C. Aljibe, Ph.D., DPM, CESO III, Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) VII Director Gina Emperado, Atty. Ramil C. Gabao, Chairman, PRC Board of Criminology, Dr. Sotela Cagang of CHED VII, Atty Dodelon F. Sabijon, PCAP Executive Vice President, Dr. Donald Narra, PCAP Regional Director and Dr. Geruncio Campomanes, President, Council of Criminology and Criminal Justice - Region VII.
