UB inks MOU with Thai school

In a bid to enhance academic cooperation among Southeast Asian nations, the University of Bohol through its President Lawyer Nuevas T. Montes formally entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Chonprathanwittaya School of Nontaburi, Thailand represented by its School Manager Mr. Lersak Rewtarkulpaiboon in October26, 2017 at the UB Information Resource Center.



Under the MOU, Chonprathanwittaya school accepts Internship Program and Working Overseas Program for qualified graduates of the University of Bohol Teacher’s College Department. It also provides for an academic training among Chonprathanwittaya School teachers in teaching techniques, English communications and other teaching methodologies. In addition, the MOU further specifies for an educational research program for UB to conduct educational researches in Chonprathanwittaya School of Thailand.

On the lighter side, the same Memorandum of Understanding provides for a student exchange program to University of Bohol high school students to exchange culture for at least two weeks.
