ROMAN G. BURATO (above picture) of the University of Bohol Grade School was awarded Outstanding Scoutmaster of the Philippines 2016 by the National Office of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines. The awarding ceremony was held last May 16, 2017 at Bohol Tropics Resort, Tagbilaran City.
