UB inks MOA with Brgy Tiptip, partner agencies

Keeping its corporate social responsibility in providing community extension services,the University of Bohol thru the College of Criminology has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Barangay Tiptip last July 27, 2016.

Under the MOA, the UB College of Criminology will provide services through the conduct of drug symposia, crime prevention seminars, martial arts training for barangay tanods and youth , and disaster risk management. It likewise support the sports development program and other civic and social activities of the barangay. The agreement was signed by and between UB President Atty. Nuevas T. Montes and Barangay Tiptip Punong Barangay Antonio D. Restauro last July 27, 2016 with the presence of P/CInsp. Jesus C. Acullador, dean,UB College of Criminology.

Last June 29, 2016, the same college also entered into a MOA on internships with Tagbilaran City PNP, Tagbilaran City Fire Station, City Jail Management and Penology and the Bohol Provincial Crime Laboratory.
